Apple v. Apple: "morons in a hurry"

Another reason I love the Internet -- count on a blogger to get to the heart of the matter: it's not a trademark case, it's a contract case, and Apple (Computer) looks like it has clear language on its side (paragraph 4.3).

A Goggle search discloses only a "placeholder" website for Apple Corps. Wikipedia has more of the story on Apple Corps.
