The Democrats' "nuclear option"

Krauthammer has it right (as usual): a filibuster to block judicial nominees -- especially nominees who would win an up or down vote in the full Senate -- is unprecedented. IT is the "nuclear option". And Frist is right to end it and preserve the President's perogative. His is not the "nuclear option", but a restoration.
